StarChildren Fund Awarded Since 2017

China Shanggu Research Center of Traditional Chinese Medicine has decidds to appropriate one million Yuan as Caring Fund every year to help autistic children in the world. To ensure the rational use of the fund and to achieve the best results, with a view to providing help to more children, rules for the use of the fund in 2017 were adopted through discussions, and are presented as followings.
一. Loving Family

Application requirements:
1. Parents should be with infinite love. When children’s autism is cured, parents should agree to publish children’s information and actively publicize the information that autism is not a life-long disease and can be cure, so as to let more people know autism and help autistic children.
2. Later-period education should not be left behind. Children should be accompanied by parents during the highly sensitive period.
3. Children’s development conditions should be reported timely every week. Parents should communicate with the research center timely and work together to solve issues rising in the course of their development.
4. The family should actively take part in various public welfare activities. When time permits, the family should actively take part in activities organized by the research center, at least once a year.

1. 40% reduction of the treatment expenses

二．Extremely Poor Family (Supporting documents from relevant institutions should be provided. )
Application requirements:
1. The family should be in such a bad financial situation that it can not afford the treatment.
2. Later-period education should not be left behind. Children should be accompanied by parents during the highly sensitive period.
3. Children’s development conditions should be reported timely every week. Parents should communicate with the research center timely and work together to solve issues rising in the course of their development.
4. The family should return the society.
(1) When children’s autism is cured, parents should agree to publish children’s information and actively publicize the information that autism is not a life-long disease and can be cure, so as to let more people know autism and help autistic children.
(2) The family should actively take part in various public welfare activities. If conditions permit, the family should actively take part in activities organized by the research center.

Benefits
1. 50% to100% reduction of the treatment expenses based on practical consitions
2. Privileged access to public welfare activities
These rules are applicable only in 2017 and China Shanggu Research Center of Traditional Chinese Medicine reserves the right to review and interpret all these rules,
